Sight: A pretty straw color.

Smell:  Papaya, kiwi, and a wall of citrus come through. Touches of minerals and super ripe oranges come together.  A spicy note of lemongrass and basil add another level.

Sip:  The body is light and lively, with just the slightest hint of sweetness on the start.  Tropical fruits like starfruit, dragonfruit, and papaya all come together complimented with lime and orange.  Hints of tangerine and minerals add more depth.

Savor:  The ending is refreshing with lots of lime and starfruit.  The ending is semi tropical.

Ramón Bilbao Albariño is beautifully structured and well defined.  The flavor profile of tropical fruits comes through in spades, and the citrus makes it pop.  As a compliment to any lighter fare, it’s an amazing choice.  It will also work well with Thanksgiving dinner, thanks to the sparkling acidity and fresh fruit flavors.  If you like Sauvignon Blanc or want a conversation piece for you white drinkers, Ramón Bilbao Albariño is an amazing choice.
