It’s the last minute, on Thanksgiving, what do you do?  Depending on who you are (or are with), you might end up picking the most critter inspired label you can find.  Be that kangaroo, fish, or penguin, these popular wines are pretty much universal.  Less so though, is Long Neck Chenin Blanc, which may just work thanks to it’s bright and aromatic nature?
